Interim Credit Administrator (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Credit Administrator to join their team in Denver

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee product changes discrepancies and assist sales with replacement product items
  • Provide customers with copies of invoices/credits as needed
  • Manage customer set up with 3rd party vendors
  • Review of orders for payment
  • Perform reconciliations of daily system activity and work with accounting on discrepancies
  • Be a backup for rating end of day orders for shipment of product
  • Prepare new account set ups
  • Assist on ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • SAP is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
