Interim Payroll Manager (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Manage bi-weekly pay
  • Produce and ensure tax payments
  • Prepare and file taxes
  • Maintain payroll information system
  • Review and implement improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Provide monthly payroll reporting
  • Prepare supporting schedules and annual wage reconciliations
  • Responsible for benefit and year-end testing

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
