Interim Contract Analyst (Project)

Our client in the non profit industry is looking for an Interim Contract Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare financial analysis/reports, billings/reports, forecasts, statements and supporting schedules
  • Help input journal entries, accruals and budgets
  • Help resolve billing/collection problems
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
  • Analyze and evaluate revenues, expenses, bills, payments, payroll labor distributions, cost allocations, revenue and expense accruals
  • Review financials and oversee checks issued

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
