Interim Full Charge Bookkeeper (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain company financials
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage month and quarter end reporting
  • Code and enter all GL entries and cash receipts
  • Manage royalty reports
  • Assist with aging reports and collections
  • Set up new vendors and producers
  • Manage payroll process
  • Assist with EDD and US Treasury Reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
