Interim Finance Administrator (Project)

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Finance Administrator to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist CFO and HR Manager
  • Answer phones and schedule interviews
  • Mail checks and reconcile petty cash within the stores
  • Help with payroll

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Human Resources plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and Paychex skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
