Interim Staff Accountant (Project)

Our client in the technology industry is looking for an Interim Staff Accountant to join their team in Santa Barbara County.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage month end close
  • Prepare daily and monthly account analysis
  • Perform bank and GL account reconciliations
  • Review GL expense accounts
  • Help ensure accurate intercompany transactions
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
