Interim Contracts Analyst (Project)

Our client in the non profit industry is looking for an Interim Contracts Analyst to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee revenues, payments, payroll distribution, cost allocation, accruals, financials and checks
  • Prepare financial analysis/reports, forecasts, statements and supporting schedules
  • Responsible for inputting journal entries, revenue accruals and budgets
  • Responsible for billings/reports and resolving billing/collection problems
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
  • Produce budgeting tools

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
