Interim Bookkeeper (Project)

Our client in the non profit industry is looking for an Interim Bookkeeper to join their team in the Ventura County

 

Job Description:

  • Process payments/checks and AP invoices
  • Perform GL coding/inputting
  • Maintain A/P and A/R files
  • Prepare, collect and maintain vendor files
  • Perform bank reconciliations and filing
  • Help audit work papers and input property budgets

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the non-profit or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
