Expense Analyst

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Expense Analyst to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform AP analysis
  • Review/approve Travel and Expense reports
  • Conduct regular audit of procurement card transactions
  • Review and analyze card user data
  • Ensure internal controls
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Prepare month end accruals
  • Assist with audits

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
