Interim Accounting Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Specialist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Input purchase orders/invoices/bills
  • Prepare bank related documentation
  • Process and match sales orders/invoices
  • Track and follow up on processed orders
  • Perform physical inventory count
  • Assist any inventory discrepancies

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
