Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Process, post and file invoices
  • Manage W9’s
  • Process and distribute vehicle insurance
  • Assist with AP functions and oversee AP balances
  • Resolve vendor account balance disputes
  • Process payables
  • Help enter payroll and obtain payroll reports
  • Process and manage vehicle registrations

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills, QuickBooks and ADP experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
