Interim Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Analyst (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Participate in annual market intelligence review
  • Assist with job evaluations and market data benchmark requests
  • Provide adhoc analysis/recommendations
  • Manage the process for the annual market data survey
  • Assist with performance evaluation and compensation planning
  • Administer Health & Welfare benefits plans
  • Assist in development of policies and procedures
  • Help prepare government filings
  • Assist with audits
  • Research and resolve benefit and data issues

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant certifications a plus (CCP/CBP/SHRM, etc.)
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • UltiPro system experience a plus
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
