Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform Invoice coding and data entry
  • Assist with Expense report auditing and processing
  • Perform weekly check runs
  • Assist with vendor and manager relations
  • Perform payables research when necessary
  • Perform Excel spreadsheet imports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
