Human Resources Generalist

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Organize and manage employee onboarding/training
  • Manage leave of absence
  • Develop and implement human resource policies
  • Help ensure compliance with hospital credentialing
  • Manage and oversee Workers Compensation claims
  • Assist with investigations regarding employee relation issues
  • Assist with end of the year reviews
  • Cover all legal compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Organize and manage off boarding process

 

Requirements:

  • PHR/SPHR certification or progress towards is a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
