Interim Payroll Analyst (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Analyst to join their team in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Audit full cycle payroll
  • Maintains record of errors
  • Process full cycle payroll on a weekly basis
  • Distribute payroll checks and direct deposit vouchers
  • Assist with all internal/external annual audits
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Spanish fluency a plus
  • FCP or CPP certifications a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
