Interim Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Enter hourly and salary payroll biweekly
  • Assist in new hire paperwork
  • Perform travel arrangements for key employees
  • Perform and review vendor agreements
  • Prepare reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
  • Help maintain various insurance policies on an annual basis
  • Help maintain phone account by verifying phone usage, fees, and ordering/cancelling phones
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory system

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
