Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in San Bernardino County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help sort and deliver invoices for processing
  • Sort checks for verification and stuffing
  • Help verify receipt and payment of invoices
  • Assist with the testing of the EFT to validate vendors’ accounts
  • Utilizes and maintains all aspects of postage machine

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
