Accounting Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage annual audit process
  • Manage Month end and quarter end process
  • Assist with quarterly portfolio valuation
  • Maintain asset performance metrics
  • Management fee schedules and calculations
  • Assist with capital calls and distribution notices
  • Fund expense payments and budgeting
  • Monitor cash activity and liquidity
  • Help track property level financial reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc requests

 

Requirements:

  • Public accounting and private industry experience
  • CPA desired
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
