Interim Fund Administrator (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Fund Administrator to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage the administration of portfolios
  • Create accounting reports
  • Review month-end statements
  • Review custodian asset reconciliations
  • Assist with year-end audits and financial statement review
  • Assist with regulatory filings
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
