Interim Compensation Consultant (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Compensation Consultant to join their team in the Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Evaluate compensation, surveys/benchmarking and trend analysis
  • Responsible for designing sales incentive and education programs
  • Develop metrics, document procedures and provide analysis
  • Research market trends and recommend changes
  • Manage job evaluation process and job descriptions
  • Manage survey participation/completion
  • Manage the merit process, inquiries and provide data

 

Requirements:

  • CCP license
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
