Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and input invoices and payments
  • Perform credit card reconciliations
  • Responsible for printing checks, check register and financial reports
  • Maintain vendor files, contracts and documents

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and QuickBooks Pro experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
