Accounts Payable Manager

Our client in the investment industry is looking for a Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Preform, review and process credit card expense
  • Preform audit expenses
  • Code and enter credit card transactions
  • Code, enter and pay AP invoices
  • Manage incomplete credit card users’ incomplete submissions and requests
  • Help record journal entries
  • Perform 1099 Miscellaneous Income tax reporting
  • Perform other duties

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and Sage system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
