Chief Financial Officer

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage benchmarks, financial operations and staff
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, reviews, KPI’s and budget analysis
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, utilization reports and business plans
  • Responsible for analyzing/interpreting accounting/statistical information and fluctuations
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls
  • Provide contracting strategies



  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
