Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution products industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist in researching complex transactional issues and resolving out of balances or table issues
  • Assist with the filing of regulatory and reporting
  • Assist in the review of tax reporting/records
  • Assist finance with gl account inquiries
  • Prepare accounting transactions and documents
  • Prepare special reports for management
  • Assist in periodic reviews/audits of various payroll processes
  • Prepare materials for external or internal auditors

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ADP Systems skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
