Interim Finance Manager (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Ensure that project metrics are used to track value delivery
  • Provide details on cost, value, and opportunity to optimize IT spend
  • Lead process improvement projects
  • Research, resolve, and respond to highly complex system/process related issues
  • Design, document and implement IT processes
  • Customize/configure ERP software
  • Participate in system emergency or crisis situations
  • Identify project alternatives and make recommendations
  • Conduct post-installation system review

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
