Interim Billing Specialist (Project)

Our client in the transportation industry is looking for an Interim Billing Specialist to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help produce Invoices in a timely manner
  • Verify information on paperwork against tariff and contract terms
  • Help resolve any issues concerning data
  • Scan and enter invoices
  • Review and post business transaction details

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
