Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the retail/consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Bernardino County

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain AP electronic mailboxes
  • Responsible for distributing mail and hard copy invoices
  • Oversee and identify expense and inventory invoices
  • Help sort incoming checks and collect/prepare outgoing checks
  • Assist with verifying receipt and payment of invoices
  • Help find missing P.O. information and resolve deductions/discrepancies
  • Assist with EFT testing
  • Maintain postage machine, supplies and service provider interfacing

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
