Interim Senior Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Process weekly certified payroll
  • Develop LCP electronic upload
  • Monitor and distribute inquires
  • Maintain certified payroll folders
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain union fringe letters
  • Assist with start up paperwork
  • Maintain pay and fringe benefit information
  • Assistance with Quarterly tax filing, account balance and union benefit filing

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
