Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Accountant to join their team in the Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Perform monthly close and compensation payouts
  • Prepare, calculate and process commissions entries
  • Prepare/reconcile uploads
  • Prepare bonus calculations and accruals
  • Prepare/perform monthly payroll analysis and explain variances
  • Maintain/update monthly reconciliations
  • Prepare balance sheet account schedules
  • Assist with calculations, amortizations, field staff inquiries, file maintenance and data entry



  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
