Interim Accounts Payable Lead (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Lead to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain sub-ledger and complete analytical work
  • Perform GL entries and adjust entries
  • Help match vendor invoices to purchase orders
  • Record invoices and create AP voucher
  • Post approved vendor invoices
  • Prepare and post electronic/manual AP checks
  • Provide customer service
  • Assist with month end close
  • Perform analysis and verification of accounts
  • Prepare/distribute 1099 forms
  • Assist with AP sub-ledger account analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
