Interim Controller (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Controller to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Perform IPO and accrual accounting
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations
  • Serve as a liaison with auditors
  • Perform account reconciliations, accruals and journal entries

 

Requirements:

  • CPA or CPA Candidate
  • Public accounting industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and QuickBooks experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
