Interim Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Responsible for scanning payroll processing documents, manual checks and garnishments
  • Review scanned payroll copies
  • Help save payroll in designated folders, shred copies and documents
  • Record returned W2’s
  • Help enter gross ups
  • Review entries



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and ADP experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
