Interim Billing Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Interim Billing Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with billing and invoicing revenue
  • Manage and resolve billing issues and custom arrangements
  • Assist with accounts receivable

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Great Plains a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
