Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly financial analyses
  • Assist with the annual budgeting/planning and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Develop variance reporting
  • Assist with analytics and expenditure measurements
  • Provide analytical support
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes
  • Manage data mining, analysis and research
  • Develop financial models

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
