Accounts Payable Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage training and staff evaluation
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls
  • Manage systems, ongoing development, projects and employee expenses
  • Handle inquiries and resolve problems
  • Manage and oversee invoices
  • Manage 1099 process and reporting
  • Create and analyze reports
  • Perform AP system audits

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and JD Edwards and Concur experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
