Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee invoices and confirm account status
  • Maintain vendor accounts and balance statements
  • Help obtain invoice approval
  • Perform coding and enter credit card purchases
  • Perform balancing, compiling, filing and reporting
  • Help resolve issues

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Sage CRE a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
