Interim Accounting Clerk (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Review invoices & expense reports
  • Input invoices into AP system
  • Maintain vendor information files
  • Help resolve questions/discrepancies with vendors
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Assist with 1099 and W-9s
  • Reconcile complex data flow



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
