Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with Invoice entry and GL coding
  • Assist with vendors regarding payment and invoice status
  • GL and reporting duties as assigned
  • Assist with travel and expense process
  • Manage expense reports and travel related issues
  • Review expense reports
  • Manage corporate card program
  • Manage 1099 reporting process and W-9 maintenance
  • Assist with audits
  • Perform Ad hoc projects as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
