Finance Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with month end close and annual plan processes
  • Coordinate business inputs
  • Develop forecast and results analysis and reporting packages
  • Prepare quarterly variance analyses of budget vs actual, actuals vs actuals and fund financials
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Assist with reconciliation of quarterly market value reconciliation process
  • Help update lease cost obligation and payments
  • Create and implement report production
  • Provide analytical and direct business support including the forecast, monthly close
  • Maintain and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
  • Help coordinate leasing plan schedules and capital expenditure analyses
  • Prepare General and Administration budgets

 

Requirements:

  • CPA license a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
