Interim Accounting Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Post and process vendor invoices
  • Reconcile purchase orders and receipts
  • Review expenses for accuracy
  • Reconcile bank account
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Verify deposits
  • Review and process commission reports
  • Process payments
  • Help resolve any vendor issues
  • Prepare month-end reconciliation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
