Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for inputting and coding invoices
  • Manage the approval process
  • Responsible for uploading invoices
  • Process weekly check runs and process ACH payments
  • Help resolve and investigate discrepancies
  • Responsible for depositing checks received
  • Perform AR recording

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
