Interim Accounting Specialist (Project)

Our client in the legal services industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Specialist to join their team in the San Fernando Valley


Job Description:

  • Help enter AP and credit card charges
  • Process cash receipts
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Help with expense tracking
  • Help with filing
  • Assist with tracking budgets
  • Assist with updating paperless records
  • Maintain and update lease tracking



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and QuickBooks experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
