Interim Manager of Acquisitions (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Manager of Acquisitions to join their team in Los Angeles

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee business combination valuations/allocation of purchase price
  • Maintain valuation model
  • Perform annual goodwill valuations
  • Perform internal business combination valuations
  • Oversee timely reporting of our acquisition activity deadlines
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting
  • Oversee compliance with our quarterly/annual audit of acquisitions
  • Oversee internal controls

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Lawson
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
