Interim Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Help input A/P batches and process checks
  • Help obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Process monthly rent statements and book to G/L
  • Deposit and process A/R
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Help set up and process new and amended leases

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the commercial real estate or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and MRI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
