Interim Human Resources Manager (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Human Resources Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and resolve issues
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring processes
  • Perform reference and background checks, onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Manage ADP workforce now HRIS and audit data
  • Perform annual benefits open enrollment
  • Perform employee surveys
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Process and maintain payroll records
  • Develop HR and custom data reports
  • Oversee data management system
  • Develop, implement and oversee monthly safety trainings
  • Manage and report safety incidents
  • Manage worker’s compensation strategy calls

 

Requirements:

  • ADP workforce now system experience
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
