Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the technology industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Fernando Valley


Job Description:

  • Perform data entry and workflow facilitation processing invoices
  • Help batch invoices on a weekly basis and facilitate check run process
  • Help identify and develop process improvements
  • Ability to excel in a stressful environment, properly prioritize and
  • Manage several demanding and competing responsibilities
  • Assist with leverage peers and serve as backup support
  • Prepare and generation of annual 1099’s



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience in SAP, Oracle or NetSuite preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and
  • efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
