Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Help administer multi-state payroll
  • Perform bi weekly cycle
  • Manage multi-entity payroll
  • Help rotate entity processing schedule
  • Responsible for benefit deductions, garnishments and 401K administration
  • Manage inquiries, PTO accruals & reports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and ADP experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
