Interim Accountant (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Accountant to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Help track costs to projects
  • Prepare weekly check runs
  • Assist the internal accounts payable team with payments and monitor budget
  • Help gather documents to present a vendor signed contract for internal approval
  • Produce DocuSign packages for internal contract execution
  • Help administer the signed contracts



  • Experience in the financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP System skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
