Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for matching invoices
  • Oversee invoice payments
  • Help print AP checks to vendors
  • Help post expense reports
  • Perform monthly credit card processing
  • Process 1099’s
  • Help file invoices

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and CRM systems experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
