Fund Administrative Assistant

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Fund Administrative Assistant to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Provide analysis and reporting
  • Produce materials for quarterly webcasts and annual meetings
  • Develop content for quarterly/annual fund financial reports
  • Manage quarterly/annual financial statement and K-1 mailings process
  • Manage process and produce materials for investor capital calls and distribution notices
  • Assist with financial operations
  • Help manage portfolio debt compliance and covenant monitoring
  • Perform side letter reporting
  • Provide materials for periodic compliance audits
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes
  • Develop revenue projections and KPI’s

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Yardi experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
